The Author of whatever appears on these pages is a 19 year-old student of literature at one of the English Universities. Though English is not his native Tongue, he hopes to please his non-existent Reader with some thoughts on a variety of Topics, viz, Literature (mostly 18th century), Politics (mostly Russian), and History of the World (admittedly, mostly European). And yes, this erratic capitalization is intentional.
